Sadly, this masterpiece is no longer available here as it has been commercially released as part of the Fillmore boxed set, but at this point it's hard for me to imagine anyone interested in early era Dead still being without a copy.

I'm not sure there's another show out there where the band goes from a standing start to warp factor 9 so damn fast. Scant minutes into this one and it sounds like the Fillmore is in danger of bursting into flames.

Believe it or not, I do not have this as a commercial release. Might have it in my stuff in storage in AZ, but have no idea when I'll be able to get that out here.

Can anyone help a jonesing 60's freak out? At least with the 3/1??? Thanks in advance...

:)

Snail mail would be best... I'll put my email up here for a bit let me know when you get it and I'll send my address...

Much appreciated Bus! Looks like a dandy!!! Doesn't even look like the complete is still available at dead.net... I'm pretty financially challenged right now anyhow :(

:)

Don't despair folks, it may not be on the archive but you can still stream it over at Bill Graham's site:

Set 1:

Set 2:
http://www.wolfgangsvault.com/grateful-dead/concerts/fillmore-west-march-01-1969-set-2.html

You do have to make an account to stream it but its free and it only takes like 30 seconds. This show is definitely worth it.

I know it's been brought up before BUT why'd they have to go limit it like they did? I have all of these shows but this is one I'd buy anyway if I had the extra $ which I didn't at the time.

They should at least be available to stream if they're not selling it anymore... All I saw was a highlights 3 disc set...

I purchased it for an ungodly amount on ebay. It was the only commercial release I didnt have at the time. I cant remember how much I paid for it but it was a HOLY CRAP amount.

My ipod is constantly undergoing musical rotations; thing come and go for want of ample space to hold it all. This is one of the concerts that, in over 2 years, has NEVER left.
